Definitely movie material, Janet shares with Sarah her back story, finding the man she loved dearly and how, through no real fault of their own, they lost the lot, due to decisions that were made that were way out of their control, and she also lost him too.
Janet talks about her experiences with humour and reflects how when Covid-19 hit that she already had the tools in place to deal with what everyone else was faced to handle en masse, change to the norm that were out of their control. In fact, she had a great year business wise too as she had the time to make and have much longer conversations with people who suddenly had the time to talk to her.

Her aim in life is to reach out to trans people who may be struggling with their gender identity, to reassure them and, to lead by example. During her middle years, Louise has turned her life around completely following a car crash (which left her with PTSD), and cancer that came twice.

She recognises that some may find this a bit crazy, however, in her highly enlightened and naturally elegant manner, she explains how she is now truly tuned in to herself, her mind, body, and soul and has trusted that she is here, in this lifetime, for a reason.
Together, Sarah and Louise, discuss the power of personal development, particularly the inner work and how important it is to trust your instinct, know what is right for you personally and that you are so much more than just your body.

Naomi helps people manage transitions across their lifespan by turning them into opportunities for growth rather than mental health crises. Her work involves supporting people to be successful whilst feeling safe enough to be their most authentic self.
She currently works with elite athletes, helping them manage transitions more effectively, and has spent many years working with men inside the high secure British prison system. Naomi is also co-host of Locked Up Living podcast (https://lockedupliving.podbean.com) on which Sarah herself will be a guest during 2023.
Wow, this is Sarah’s first podcast episode with a Doctor in Clinical Psychology and the discussion between them is fascinating.
So much is covered within a relatively short space of time and includes discussions around Naomi’s career path from her choice of degree, to following her flow / interest in behavioural patterns, and then the identification of childhood trauma initiating further studies. And more!
They discuss her experience working within the prison system, what the environment felt like between different prisons, and naturally her work with men who had been identified as untreatable psychopaths and struggled to manage their emotions.
